Boot tassels for Breast Cancer
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For the third consecutive year, Fairfax & Favor will be aiming to raise as much awareness, (and money!) for the charity as humanely possible through the sale of a gorgeous new limited edition pink tassel.
Many moons ago (…well three years actually) we released our very first limited-edition baby pink tassel. To our utter amazement and joy, the tassels completely FLEW. The support that the campaign received was totally incredible. The following year, our customers continued to overwhelm us with their support, resulting in our special Sennowe belt smashing the sales too, raising a whopping £15,000 for the charity.
But this year, we want to do better. We know we can do better.
The pink tassel is making a comeback in a big way. Not only is it now longer in length, it is a stunning shade of fuchsia pink with added intricate pink detailing on the shield, packaged up in a gorgeous fresh, pretty pink tassel box.
Prior to the campaign launch in October, we wanted an opportunity to sneakily showcase the tassels to see how many of our eagle-eyed customers would spot them. Burghley Horse Trials at the tail end of August felt like a fitting occasion. As it turned out, numerous 4* riders opted to incorporate the tassels into their trot up ensembles and the feedback was fabulous. We were well on course for 2018 to be a record-breaking year.
So how would you go about nabbing yourself a pair?
The answer is very simple! Head on over to our Breast Cancer Care page and pop a pair in your basket.
The tassels cost £30, and this year is no different… we will donate 100% of the proceeds to the charity. Not the profit, or 50%... literally every single penny. So, what are you waiting for? We would love for our customers to help us support this amazing cause. Please tag us on your socials and help raise awareness this October.
Our 2018 Breast Cancer Care campaign has been a monumental success. We have been overwhelmed with continuous support from our customers. Together, we have helped raise a grand total of £43,426 for Breast Cancer Care.
