Sedex is the world’s most widely used audit to understand and improve working conditions and environmental performance, whilst the LWG certifies tanneries based on their environmental performance including waste management and effluent treatment.

As a general rule - our Women's sizing is true to size. But, if we find that isn't the case then we've provided a handy guide on each product page if this is different to let you know if it runs big or small.
If you are between foot sizes, we suggest going up a size, and if you are between calf sizes, we suggest the smaller calf fit

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
Leather is a natural material and needs oil/moisture to keep it soft and supple. To stop it drying out, hardening and cracking, treat it at least once a month with Renapur Leather Balsalm. Use a sponge or brush and work the cream into both the toe creases and around the sole unit of your shoes.
We also recommend caring for the suede panels using
Suede & Nubuck Protector once a month or Liquiproof Premium Protector every couple of months – more often if you’re wearing them a lot.
CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
Not in the washing machine or detergent, please! Clean the leather with a neutral-coloured microfibre cloth and leave it to dry naturally. Remove mud and dirt immediately to stop moisture being drawn from the leather.
Always read the directions of the care product, and test on an inconspicuous area first. Fairfax & Favor cannot be held responsible for improper use of care or cleaning products. For any concerns, please contact our Customer Service team.
MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
Store your beautiful shoes away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Where possible, store your shoes in their dustbags and blue box.
With leather being a porous material if left unprotected it will easily scuff, stain, and fade over time. In certain situations, natural leather can peel or crack because of using the incorrect cleaning chemical or method, or conditioner, or failing to care for and preserve the leather for an extended period. Any scuff or puncture to the leather can also cause it to lift from the trainer.
Our padded insoles are removable and replaceable to allow for use of your own as well as insole replacement which we generally advise after 6 months of use of your item. This means you can wear and love your item and be confident that, even if your insoles become worse for wear, your item will not. Please note that excess moisture that is retained in your footwear can accelerate the insoles coming loose in your shoe. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information regarding this.

That’s why we’re proud to operate a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) policy, which means that the price you pay at the checkout will be the final price, with no nasty surprises in the form of extra customs or duties. We cover it all so that you can get your Fairfax & Favor fix wherever you are, hassle-free and with no extra cost.

If your new purchase turns out not to be quite right, we offer 180-day free returns and 365-day free exchanges for all orders over $250.

WARRANTY
In the eventuality that a manufacturing fault occurs, all of our products come with a generous 18 month warranty from the date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorised repairs are not covered by the warranty.
