Key responsibilities include:
- Set an example when welcoming and serving customers
- Ensure the store and stockrooms are maintained and presentable at all times

- Taking lead in managing customer queries and concerns in the absence of the store manager
- Assist the store manager with team cover
- Open and close the store when required
- Cash-up and reconciliation at the end of the day
- Ensure the store runs smoothly in the absence of the store manager
- Assist with weekly stock deliveries and returns
- Support the manager with daily administrational tasks when required

DIGITAL AD's ASSISTANT
Join our eCommerce Marketing Team!

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning, launching and managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest
- Monitor key performance metrics & provide data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Conduct keyword search and audience segmentation to optimise targeting strategies for our consumers
- Work closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives, including product images, videos, and copywriting
- Assist in A/B testing ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to enhance performance
- Support the managing and tracking of Ad budgets
- Support re-targeting strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value

Personal skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience or strong interest in fashion eCommerce Marketing and digital advertising
- Basic familiarity with Ad platforms
- Understanding of online consumer behaviour in fashion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, retail environment
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the CRM team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple platforms is achieved.
- By following the email marketing calendar, create weekly campaign emails in Klaviyo, including image-based assets, copywriting, engaging CTAs, proofreading, and linking to relevant website landing pages.
- Following templates and guidelines, create digital ads and additional assets using Photoshop and Canva, maintaining brand guideline compliance.
- Update and maintain the digital content library, ensuring accessibility for team and agency use.
