Our Marlow store is recruiting for a Store Assistant to help our wonderful customers face to face. May this be browsing or a more personal appointment experience, we require a friendly face to help with all customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and serving customers upon their arrival and during their visit
• Ensuring the store is always presentable
• Keeping the stock room tidy and free of obstructions
• Providing customers with up-to-date information about products
Personal skills required:
• Over 18 years old
• High work ethic
• Passionate about their work
• Highly organised and a hands-on approach to working.

Zero Hour Contract.
Hours: Monday to Sunday on a Rota basis - Fully flexible hours
Overtime will be required during busy periods, so flexibility is a must!

EVENTS MANAGER - US & Canada
Join And Manage Our Events Team

Fairfax & Favor are renowned for their impeccable trade stands at all major events, and we are looking for an Events Manager to join our team to manage Shows and Events in the United States and Canada.
Directors Marcus Fairfax Fountaine and Felix Favor Parker’s love affair with the shows was born in 2013 on a quaint 3x metre stand at our local trade show. Along with the help of Ben Buxton, Fairfax & Favor grew from that small 3x3 metre stand in Holkham to an almighty 15x metre stand at the Game Fair 2019.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for you to continue growing and maintaining the high standards our customers come to expect in future Shows in North America.
Key responsibilities include:
• The booking, organisation and attending of all Fairfax & Favor trade shows in the United States & Canada;
• Organising staff for the trade stand, operations, and American events Warehouse management;
• The maintenance of show vehicles and equipment;
• Security of the trade stand and any financials;
• Managing health and safety with appropriate requirements for American & Canada;
• Stock integrity management.
Key requirements for the role:
• Full clean driving license;
• Experience in customer facing roles;
• US National;
• Experience with North American Sales and taxes;
• An understanding of luxury products;
• Located in the US ideally within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC;
• An understanding of Visual Merchandising, retail display and design;
• A good understanding of space management;
• Experience in events planning, logistics and stock management;
• Budgeting experience.

• Able to work independently;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Passionate about their work;
• Strong communication skills.

Hours: Due to the nature of the Events Calendar, weekend work and frequent overnight stays will be required, will include international travel.

EXHIBITION SET UP TEAM - EVENTS
Join Our Events Team

Are you an organised individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team around the UK? Fairfax and Favor are looking for you! to join our Events Set up Team. As a member of this team, you will be working behind the scenes at some of the most prestigious events.
Fairfax and Favor are a Norfolk based company founded in 2013 by friends Marcus Fairfax Fountaine and Felix Favor Parker. The Events Team work around the country transforming a marque into a Bond Street style store. Remaining shows for this year are; Burghley Horse Trials, Blenheim, HOYS, Cheltenham & London International. The successful candidate will also have early access to booking next year’s dates.
Key responsibilities include:
• Unloading stock cages from the lorry;
• Driving a van to and from the event location;
• Loading/ Unloading furniture from vans onto the stand;
• Working from floor plans for the stand, set by the Events Manager;
• Setting up and breaking down events.
Personal skills required:
• Over 18 years old;
• Full & clean driving licence in line with business insurance;
• Be able to understand and follow basic floor plans and instruction;
• Work well independently;
• Labour intensive which will involve furniture, stock, and stand accessories movement;
• Work well within a team;
• Must be willing to travel & attend overnight stays.
