Fairfax & Favor are looking for a Store Assistant to join our ever-growing, friendly team in our Holt Store in Norfolk.Established in 2013 Fairfax & Favor has grown into a multi-award-winning brand at the forefront of British Luxury Fashion. Founders Marcus Fairfax Fountaine & Felix Favor Parker strive to continue the organisation’s fun, dynamic culture as it grows.

Our flagship store in Holt is recruiting for a Store Assistant to help our wonderful customers face to face. May this be browsing or a more personal appointment experience, we require a friendly face to help with all customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and serving customers upon their arrival and during their visit
• Ensuring the store is always presentable
• Keeping the stock room tidy and free of obstructions
• Providing customers with up-to-date information about products.

Personal skills required:

• Over 18 years old
• High work ethic and passion for luxury retail
• A strong dedication to their role and responsibilities
• Highly Organised and a hands-on approach to working
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment leading up to the festive periods
• Desire to be educated and obtain product and brand knowledge
• A natural ambition to provide top-level luxury customer service to all customers regards of background, culture or if its their first or millionth time in store
• Ability to build customer relations

• Hours: Monday to Sunday between the hours of; 09:15 – 17:15 on a Zero Hour, Rota basis.

Our third store located in the picturesque town of Helmsley in Yorkshire, is looking for a new recruit to join our current team in the day-to-day running of the store and providing our renowned customer service to all that enter the store. 

With Fairfax & Favor dominating the online footwear market the decision to open physical stores was made. Get the chance to meet our amazing customers daily, to see all our new products before they are released and to be a part of our great team.

• Providing customers with helpful and exciting knowledge and key features of our brand and products

• A strong dedication to their role and responsibilities
• Highly organised and a hands-on approach to working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment leading up to the festive periods
• Desire to be educated and obtain product and brand knowledge
• A natural ambition to provide top-level luxury customer service to all customers regardless of background, culture or if its their first or millionth time in store.
• Ability to build customer relations

  Overtime will be required during busy periods, so flexibility is a must!
