Key responsibilities include:
- Define and lead the merchandising strategy, ensuring alignment across brand, product, and commercial priorities.
- Build a clear, scalable collection - architecture balancing core icons, seasonal newness, and customer demand/
- Partner with Design and Product to shape strong, brand-led, commercially sound collections.
- Own pricing, margin governance, OTB, WSSI, stock health, and in-season trading decisions.
- Lead seasonal buying, forecasting, and inventory planning across all channels.
- Set direction for Visual Merchandising and ensure flawless go-to-market execution.
- Shape wholesale assortments, pricing, and seasonal buying alongside key partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising leadership team.
Personal skills required:
- 10+ years' senior merchandising experience within premium or luxury goods.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle planning, carry-over models, materials, and margin structures.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with advanced Excel capability.
- Proven leadership experience within buying, planning, trading, and visual merchandising.
- Strategic, calm, analytical, and confident decision-maker in a fast-paced environment.

Join our eCommerce Team!
From ad building and launch, to daily optimisation and performance analysis, you'll ensure our campaigns move at pace and continually improve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create compelling ad creatives using brand templates and guidelines.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and refresh ad templates that keep our creative output fresh and on brand.
- Uploading and trafficking ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring correct naming conventions, placements, and settings.
- Pulling approved ads into relevant campaigns and ad sets in a timely manner.
- Monitoring live campaigns daily and flagging or turning off underperforming ads.
- Keeping ad libraries organised and up to date.
- Supporting A/B testing by ensuring new creative variants are set up correctly.
- Staying on top of industry trends and platform updates, bringing new ideas and formats to the team.
Personal skills required:
- Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Canva - you'll be building and adapting creative assets day-to-day.
- A good eye for creative- you'll know what look on-brand and what doesn't.
- Strong attention to detail - especially around file naming, export specs and campaign structure.
- Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving eCommerce environment.
- Genuinely curious about trends in paid socials, creative formats, and what's working across the industry.
