SHAFTESBURY STORE MANAGER
Lead our New Shaftesbury Store!
With the above in mind, we are looking for driven, dedicated and fashion loving individuals to lead the team from the front and driving the success of the store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team at a high standard, achieving company KPI's, whilst maintaining the highest level of Customer Service.
- Developing and coaching the Retail Store Team, including motivation using both one to ones and team briefings.
- Prioritising personal and overall store objectives.
- Delivering proactive and innovative ways to maximise revenues and service standards.
- Organisation of periodic events/VIP days to promote the store and customer service experience.
- Work with the Marketing Team to promote the store through a variety of channels.
- Creating weekly business reports at the request of the Regional Manager.
- Monitoring.
- Handling customer queries.
- Responsible for cashing up, till reconciliation on a daily basis.
Personal skills required:
- Strong leadership.
- Excellent communication - interpersonal, written and presentation.
- Excellent product knowledge - training provided.
- Strong commercial and numerical skills.
- IT skills - Microsoft Office, including reasonable Excel skills.
- Excellent accuracy and organisation skills.
- Initiative and strong follow through.
- Ability to deal with people from all backgrounds confidently and with respect.
- Ability to work well within a fast-moving environment.

- Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week Monday to Sunday between the hours of; 09:15 – 17:15 on a Rota basis.

Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and serving customers upon their arrival and during their visit.
- Ensuring the store is always presentable.
- Keeping the stock room tidy and free of obstructions.
- Providing customers with up-to-date information about products.
- Developing strong customer relationships to ensure the best customer experience.
- Working with the rest of the team to ensure the stores social media platforms are active and maintained.
Personal skills required:
- Over 18 years old.
- High work ethic and passion for luxury retail.
- A strong dedication to their role and responsibilities.
- Highly Organised and a hands-on approach to working.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment leading up to the festive periods.
- Desire to be educated and obtain product and brand knowledge.
- A natural ambition to provide top-level luxury customer service to all customers regards of background, culture or if its their first or millionth time in store.
- Ability to build customer relations.
