We're looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead our established and dedicated team, leading exceptional customer experiences, and bring our luxury British brand to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a High-performing Team - Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding results, exceptional customer experiences, and achieve key business objectives.
  • Driving Commercial Success - Take ownership of store performance, prioritising objectives and identifying innovative opportunities to maximise sales and exceed KPIs.
  • Creating a Culture of Excellence - Motivate and engage the team through regular one-to-ones, team briefings, and ongoing development, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered.
  • Bringing the Brand to Life Locally - Plan and deliver exclusive in-store events and VIP experiences that strengthen customer relationships and showcase our brand.
  • Championing the Customer Experience - Lead by example on the shop floor, resolving customer queries with professionalism and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.
  • Collaborating across the Business - Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote the store through a variety of channels and drive local awareness and engagement.
  • Keeping the Business Running Smoothly - Produce regular business reports, monitor store performance, and maintain accurate till reconciliation, and operational standards.
  • Be the Bridge between HR and Store - Support the HR head office team in the accurate communication, recruitment, on & off-boarding processes ensuring team experience and lifecycle is handled efficiently with compliance.
  • Advocate for Health and Safety - Maintain health and safety records and maintenance across the store with the support of the HR department.

Further Information:

  • Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week; between Monday to Sunday 09:15 - 17:15 on a flexible basis.
  • Location: Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1DZ out of hours work depending on the events in motion at the time.

We are bringing Fairfax & Favor to Norwich City Centre for the first time and are looking for enthusiastic Concession Assistants to help drive it's success.

Launching with the iconic Jarrold's Department Store from September 2026 to February 2027, this exciting new concession offers the chance t represent our brand in the heart of the UK's most vibrant and historic Cities. If you are looking to create memorable customer experiences and play a key role in this new chapter, keep reading!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and serving customers to the concession on arrival in a courteous and professional manner
  • ensuring their product enquiries and needs are met, providing product and information as required right through to completing the purchase.
  • Ensuring the Concession space is always presentable, this will include cleaning, hoovering, polishing and rearranging/replacing product as necessary.
  • Ensuring the stock room is kept clean, free of obstructions and in a tidy manner to ensure stock can be accessed and found easily, in line with the company’s health and safety policy.
  • Ensuring all stock/product is looked after, repackaged and protected in the original box/packaging.
  • Reporting any customer issues, complaints or problems to the Events Manager.
  • Assisting in the safe delivery and check in of new stock and organising/placing stock into the stock room; upon request of the manager
  • Delivering a personalised and thoughtful shopping experience to every customer, whether it’s their first time in-store or their millionth!
  • Handling all and any customer information with care and discretion at all times in line with GDPR laws and regulations

The PR Assistant will support the delivery of PR, influencer, and affiliate activity, reporting to the PR Manager. This role suits someone organised, creative, and commercially minded, with a passion for luxury fashion and relationship building. Responsibilities include managing press and influencer relations, supporting affiliate partnerships and events, and creating engaging communications to enhance brand visibility across press, social, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • PR & Press - Support the delivery of Fairfax & Favor's PR strategy across fashion, lifestyle, and regional press.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts and PR materials.
  • Assist with pitching product launches, campaigns and seasonal stories to press contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists and media contacts.
  • Coordinate press send-outs, sample requests and returns.
  • Maintain and update press databases, coverage trackers and reporting documents.
  • Monitor and report on PR coverage and campaign performance.
  • Support the organisation and execution of press appointments, events and brand activations.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, launches and industry appointments.

  • Events & Brand Support - Support the planning and delivery of brand events, influencer experience, and PR activation.
  • Assist with guest list management, event logistics and post-event follow-up.
  • Provide on-site support at events when required.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, e-commerce and social teams to ensure aligned brand messaging.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of the PR department.

Personal skills required:

  • Experience - Previous experience in PR, influencer marketing or affiliate marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience drafting press releases and media materials.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate strategies.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as AWIN and LTK.
  • Experience supporting events, launches or brand activations.
  • Understanding of the luxury consumer and premium brand positioning.

  • Education & Qualifications - Degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, Fashion or related field preferred.
  • Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

  • Knowledge & Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and affiliate performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

From a humble 3x3 metre stand at a local show in 2013, Fairfax & Favor has grown into a standout presence on the UK's biggest event stages - now showcasing on stands ten times the size. Built on Marcus & Felix's passion for the show circuit, our brand has become known for delivering exceptional customer experiences wherever we go.

As we continue an exciting 2026 show season, we're looking for enthusiastic, personable Events Sales Assistants to join our friendly team across the remainder of events nation wide. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love engaging with customers, this is your chance to be part of something special.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional, memorable customer experiences to both new visitors and returning guests at our events stands
  • Play an active role in bringing events to life by supporting the set-up and pack-down
  • Act as a go-to problem solver, confidently handling customer questions and ensuring every interaction runs smoothly
  • Manager transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining trust through precise monetary handling
  • Share clear, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic product insights to help customers make informed decisions
