Founded in 2013, Fairfax and Favor has grown into a multi-award-winning brand at the forefront of British Luxury Fashion. Founders Marcus Fairfax Fountaine & Felix Favor Parker strive to continue the organisation's fun, dynamic culture as it grows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and serving customers upon their arrival and during their visit.
• Ensuring the store is always presentable.
• Keeping the stock room tidy and free of obstructions.
• Providing customers with up-to-date information about products.
• Developing strong customer relationships to ensure the best customer experience.
• Working with the rest of the team to ensure the stores social media platforms are active and maintained.

Personal skills required:

• Over 18 years old.
• High work ethic and passion for luxury retail.
• A strong dedication to their role and responsibilities.
• Highly Organised and a hands-on approach to working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment leading up to the festive periods.
• Desire to be educated and obtain product and brand knowledge.
• A natural ambition to provide top-level luxury customer service to all customers regards of background, culture or if its their first or millionth time in store.
• Ability to build customer relations.

Fairfax & Favor are renowned for their impeccable trade stands at all major events, and we are looking for Events Sales Assistants to join our ever-growing, friendly team across the country at multiple events for the 2025 show season!

Marcus and Felix’s love affair with the shows was born in 2013 on a quaint 3x3 meter stand at our local trade show. Over the last few years, Fairfax & Favor have grown from that small 3x3 meter stand in Holkham to our current stands that are now 10 times the size!

Key responsibilities include:

• Offering impeccable Customer Service to our new and loyal customer that attend our stands
• Assisting the Events Set Up Team in the set up and pack down of the trade stand
• Ensuring the smooth handling of customer queries
• Cash handling
• Provide accurate product information to customers. 
• Building and maintaining relationships with repeat and new customers

Personal skills required:

• Over 18 years old
• Strong interest towards retail and the selling of luxury products
• Passionate about their work and the Fairfax & Favor brand
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Confident in working in fast-paced environments
• Impeccable Customer Service skills
• Clean driving license
• Enjoy working in a hands-on environment
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

• Hours: Hours: Seasonal ad hock work between March – December. Due to the nature of the events calendar, weekend work and frequent overnight stays will be required.
