Our loyalty club is designed to be both simple and rewarding, with four distinct tiers — Navy, Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each unlocking increasingly exclusive benefits and rewards. The more you shop, the more you earn. For every £1 spent, you’ll earn 1 point, helping you ascend through the tiers and enjoy greater perks, access and rewards.

As you move up the Tiers you'll gain access to special perks, including early previews of New collections, Birthday Gifts, invitations to exclusive events and much more. WHERE DO I FIND AND USE LOYALTY?
Every purchase you make directly with Fairfax & Favor — whether in-store, online, via our App, or at an event — will count towards your loyalty points. As you accumulate points, you’ll rise through the tiers, from Navy to Gold. To ensure your purchases are tracked, simply log in to your account or use the same email address at checkout. You can also scan your Digital Card QR code when shopping in person, whether at events or in-store. Login to your account to view your points and your current Tier.
