What is your Returns Policy for full price item(s)?
If your purchase isn't right for you, we offer a generous 60-day return policy (all orders) on all full-price items bought directly from us. We simply ask that the items are unworn, in a resellable condition, and include all original packaging. This policy applies to items purchased at our events and stores. Please note that if the items are not returned in the condition they were sent to you, we will not be able to process the refund or exchange.
Returns policy for Outlet, Seconds & Sale Item(s)
If your purchase isn't right for you, we off a free 30 day refund period for all outlet and sale items purchased directly from us. We also off a 30 day exchange period for UK orders - unfortunately international orders are not eligible. We kindly ask that the items are unworn, in a resellable condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that if the items are not returned in the condition they were sent to you, we won't be able to process the return.
Returns policy for items purchased during the Black Friday Sale
If your purchase was placed during our Black Friday Sale we offer a free 60 day refund period. We also offer a free 60 day exchange period for UK orders - unfortunately international orders are not eligble. We kindly ask that the items are unworn, in a resellable condition and include all original packaging. Please note that if the items are not returned in the condition they were sent to you, we won't be able to process the return. After the sale ends, outlet items will revert to the standard 30 day returns period.
What couriers can I use to return my items?
For Uk orders we offer a free returns service with Royal Mail - please register your return in our returns Portal. For International orders, we offer a free returns service with FedEx - please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number, item(s) you wish to return and if it will be in one or multiple parcels. They will be able to create the returns documents for you.
How Do I return UK Orders?
Please register your return in our returns Portal. This will guide you through the process of generating your Royal Mail returns label.
How Do I return International Orders?
Please contact our Customer Service Team. They will need your order number, item(s) you wish to return and if it will be sent in one or multiple parcels. Once they have this information they will send you the FedEx label(s), along with return instructions. You can then schedule a pick-up from your location or take the parcel to a FedEx drop off point.
How long does it take for a refund or exchange to be processed?
We strive to process refunds and exchanges within 2-3 working days from the date we receive your item - Please note during peak times this may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email when your item arrives at our warehouse and another confirmation once the refund is complete. Please check your inbox for these notifications.
My box is too big to send via Royal Mail, what should I do?
As per our returns agreement with Royal Mail, they are required to accept all of our returns, whatever size, when our free returns label is used. If you have any further issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team who will be more than happy to help.
Store Returns
f you have purchase from one of our stores than you can return your item(s) to any of our stores for a refund or exchange. Alternatively you can return your item back to our main warehouse which you can register this via our returns Portal.

Events Returns
If you have purchase from one of our show stands then please return your item(s) back to our main warehouse, you can register this via our returns Portal.

Stockist Returns
If you purchased a Fairfax & Favor item through one of our Stockists and would like to return it, we kindly ask that you contact the store, as your contract is with them. You can find their contact details on our Stockists Page to reach out directly.
Have you received my return?
It takes 3-5 working days for your parcel to be returned to us. To track the progress of your returned package, please follow the link in your returns confirmation email. From here you will be able to track the location of your parcel. We will keep you updated once your parcel has reached our returns team. If it has been longer than 7 working days since you returned your parcel, please get in touch with Customer Service.
