Key responsibilities include:
- Inspire Excellence Every Day - Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while consistently smashing sales targets and company KPIs.
- Coach, Develop & Elevate - Mentor your team with energy and purpose, using regular 1:1s and team huddles to drive motivation, growth, and performance.
- Own the Store Strategy - Keep your finger on the pulse by prioritising both personal goals and wider store objectives, ensuring every day moves the business forward.

- Be the Customer Hero - Take ownership of customer feedback and queries, turning challenges into opportunities to impress.
- Keep the Finances Tight - Oversee daily till reconciliation and cashing-up with precision and accountability.
- Maintain the Standard for Onboarding - Partner with HR to deliver an unforgettable first impression for new team members, while keeping recruitment admin accurate and on-point.
- Be our Safety Advocate - Take the lead on in-store health & safety, staying alert with your team and be proactive in flagging issues to your line manager.
Personal skills required:
- Retail Experience That Counts – You bring at least 2 years of retail management experience (or a similar customer-focused leadership role) and are ready to hit the ground running.
- Natural Leadership Presence - You know how to lead by example, inspire your team, and bring out the best in those around you.
- Clear, Confident Communicator - Whether it's face-to-face with customers, presenting to your team, or writing a sharp email, your communication style is polished, personable, and professional.

We are on the hunt for a hands-on, energetic Events Logistics Assistant to help bring our iconic British brand to life at shows across the UK. If you love being on the move, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - you may have just found your next adventure!
Key responsibilities include:
- Take Charge - Unloading stock and equipment from delivery lorries, ensuring everything arrives safely and is ready for setup.
- Commute - Drive company vans to and from events locations, playing a key role in the smooth transportation of goods.
- Set Up - Load and unload event furniture and materials, working efficiently to set up vibrant, high-quality event stands.
- Build - Follow detailed floor plans provided to build stands exactly to spec - your attention to detail will make a real impact.
- Shut up Shop - Breakdown the events stands efficiently, effectively, and safely when the show is over.
Personal skills required:
- Experience in the physical set up of event exhibitions.
- Driving with vans or similar-sized vehicles.
- Basic understanding of events logistics and health & safety procedures within busy events environments.
- Pro-active mindset with a strong follow-through with given workloads.
- An effective adapter with problem-solving skills to last-minute changes or challenges.
