What is the loyalty Club?
The Fairfax & Favor Loyalty Club has been designed to truly value our customers and their loyalty to our brand. The more you spend the more benefits you unlock!
How do I join?
You will automatically be enrolled when you create an account and/or you place your first order.
When do I start earning points?
If you are an existing customer, your points have been calculated already. if you are a new customer, your points will be added from your first purchase.
I had an account before the club launched - do I still get points?
Yes! Your points will be automatically applied to your account and will be backdated from when Fairfax & Favor first began.
How are points calculated?
Points are calculated on the amount spent with us at 1 point for every $1 spent on product or Gift cards. Purchases made using Gift Card and Store credit balances will not be included. Likewise added services such as gift wrap or delivery charges are not included.
How can I check my tier and benefits?
Log in to your account on either our App or website to see your current tier and associated benefits.
How long does it take for my points to appear?
Your points will be confirmed upon your order being received or delivered.
Can I lose points?
Yes. Points will be deducted for any returns made and/or exchanges where the amount is less than the previous order. The is no expiry to points.
Can I be removed from the Loyalty Club ?
Yes, you can opt out at anytime. Just log in to your account via the website and go to your account details and select opt out. If you wish to re-enrol, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can the Loyalty Club be changed or cancelled?
Fairfax & Favor have the right to change the benefits associated with the tiers and can change/cancel the programme at any time

How do you earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at either our online store, app, retail stores or shows, your points will be confirmed upon your order being received or delivered.
What are the different tiers?
There are 4 tiers available: Navy, Bronze, Silver & Gold.
What benefits are included in the different tiers?
We will share all the details of what benefits are included in your tier once you reach it. Upon ascending a tier, you will also keep the preivous tiers' benefits.
How do I know if I'm close to the next tier?
We will contact you when you are close to moving to the next tier, you can also track your progress on our app!
I have multiple accounts, can you merge them together?
Yes! Please contact our Customer Service Team with the details of all your accounts and they will arrange for them to be merged.
I don't think my points are correct?

How long will I keep my tier status?
Your tier status stays with you, if you are within the points range, until you reach the next one.
Are there additional benefits for downloading the app?
Yes! Early Access to Summer, Winter & Black Friday sale events, exclusive access to our outlet, App exclusive products, offers & competitions.
My email address is wrong, how do i correct it?
Please contact our Customer Service team with the details of the incorrect and correct email addressess so we can update your account.
When will I receive my Birthday Credit?
We will send your Birthday Credit to you on the morning of your birthday (the date you entered in your customer details).
Where can I find my Birthday Store Credit?
Your Birthday Store Credit will be written on the front of the digital loyalty card which you can find in the account section of your profile as well appearing as an option to use when checking out.
Does Birthday Credit expire?
Yes, Birthday credit has a 30-day period to be used before expiring.
How can I add free giftwrapping when ordering?
Simply add any gift wrap applicable products to the basket, click the 'Add Gift Wrap & Message' button, fill out the 'To; and 'Message' fields and press 'Add to Bag'.
Where can i find my remaining free gift wrap allowance?
You can find the remaining allowance in the loyalty benefits tab within the Account section. Alternativaly when adding items to the basket, there will be a 'Uses Left' in the bottom right corner of the basket.
When does my free giftwrapping allowance reset?
Your free giftwrapping allowance runs each calendar year, therefore will reset on the 1st January each year.
