Terms & Conditions
The win your wishlist competition ("the Competition") covers shares of a sharing individual's wishlist ("the Entrant") between the 10th and 16th November 2023.
The Competition is available for participation to individuals ages 18 years or older, residing in countries where we offer delivery. However, employees of Fairfax and Favor Ltd, their close relatives, and those involved in the organisation or judging of the competitions are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must enter their details on the Black Friday sign up page, which, for the avoidance of doubt, is www.fairfaxandfavor.com/collections/black-friday and sign up to the mailing list. Those who do not sign up will not be considered.
Entrants are only required to enter once, and no purchase is necessary. Subsequent stories will be taken as the latest entry
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition.
By entering the Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Competition shall run from the 10th November 12pm to the 16th November 7pm 2023.
We cannot take responsibility for entries that are not received, regardless of the reason.
Entries conducted in private Instagram Stores, Facebook, or any other social media except for Instagram on a public story, shall not be considered.
The Entrant must add up to 4 items to their wishlist on the Fairfax & Favor (www.fairfaxandfavor.com) website, and share to their stories, tagging @fairfaxandfavor.
The screenshot shared to the Entrant's stories must be clearly visible as the Fairfax & Favor website and being the individual wishlist of the Entrant.
The Competition shall be for a maximum value of £700 each day.
The Wishlist must contain future or currently available items, discontinued items will not be considered.
The Competition shall be drawn at random prior to 7pm each day, with the winner being annoucned on the Fairfax & Favor social channels.
Fairfax & Favor do not condone the use of bullying, trolling, or 'doxing'. If anyone is found to be partaking in such activities, then they may be disqualified, or banned from groups, the page, or taking part in any competitions. This also applies to online harrassment, commentary or bullying on social media, online or other electronic format. Those partaking, either as participants, or as those awarding likes, are to remain respectful of those entering at all times. This decision is at the discretion of the Marketing Team at Fairfax & Favor.
