Are EU footwear sizes bigger than UK sizes?

Can I change an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change an order, call our customer service team on 01760 338199 as soon as possible.
How do I exchange my product?
You can always exchange any of our products, all we ask is that the footwear has not be worn and is in a resaleable condition. To do so, send the item along with the completed returns slip back to us at the address on the form. We will then promptly send your new pair to you.

I am missing/have an incorrect item in my order?
In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong order please contact our customer service team on either 01769 338199 or email@example.com to resolve this issue.
What is Fairfax & Favor's returns policy?
We offer a no quibble returns policy within 30 days of the receipt. As long as the Product is unworn/unused and in a resaleable condition.
*Embossed / Personalised products are sadly Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangable
How do I protect my boots/shoes?
We now offer a full range of both suede and leather protector/ creams. We suggest to protect your boots or shoes once a month, to keep in perfect condition. http://www.fairfaxandfavor.com/collections/care-for-your-products
Will the boots fit my calves?
All the calf widths change depending on the size of the boot. All Regina boots have an elastic panel at the back of the boot allowing stretch up to 3cm. Remember the suede and leather are both very supple, and so will stretch, as such, it is always best to start with a snug fit.

What happens if I am not in to sign for my order?
DPD will contact you the day of delivery, via email or text message. You can then choose from one of their delivery options, ranging from change date to leave in a safe place.
